Management bodies

CAPES-ONG is endowed with four organs which ensure its functioning namely :

the General Meeting, which is the body responsible for guiding action programs and approving the annual activity reports of the Board of Directors;
the Board of Directors is the decision-making and monitoring body between two sections of the General Meeting;
the Statutory Auditor controls the administrative, financial and accounting management and reports to the Shareholders' Meeting;
the Executive Management ensures the realization of all the actions that the NGO has assigned itself to accomplish its mission.
